Why We Exist
Our mission is to invest in best--in--class, scalable businesses at an early stage in acquisitive industries, with a focus on exiting through strategic sale within 5--7 years. We aim to invest in small to mid--sized companies with best--in class products and services.

The Fund will primarily invest in B2B “services” companies with a highly scalable business model and a proven track record. We typically invest in pure equity and equity--linked convertible instruments across approximately 7-‐10 companies with an investment period of 4 to 7 years.

What We Do
Triton Investment Advisors LLP is the Investment Manager (IM) to Triton Fund, a SEBI registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).

We are a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals having cumulative experience of over 100 years in the financial markets. The team offers a unique blend of experience across investment management, turnarounds & strategic management, investment banking including equity syndication and Mergers & Acquisitions. The team has prior investing experience and has had a successful track record of exiting investments at attractive IRRs.
